Do I need an ISBN for each format?
Yes. Ebook, paperback, hardcover, each requires its own ISBN.
Will Black Anvil Books be listed as my publisher?
Yes. When we issue the ISBN, your title is officially cataloged under the Black Anvil Books imprint.
Can I transfer these ISBNs later?
ISBNs cannot be transferred between publishers once assigned. Your book will always be associated with Black Anvil Books unless you purchase and assign new ISBNs under a different imprint.
How long does setup take?
Single ISBNs are completed within 3 business days. Multi-format packages are usually done within 72 hours.
